Segar di Pagi Hari


BECOME A person may not be the dream of morning for those who are hard to get up early. Although my eyes open, you feel half alive and difficult move. In fact, many activities you can do from morning. For example, the streets, hunting goods dreams, or just chat with friends.
Well, not a day longer appear limp and listless in the morning. Here are nine steps for you to be a morning person:
1. Stretching or stretching 

Stretch your legs, pull the hands up, move your body to the left and right. This can be done as soon as you wake up from sleep lelapnya. Enhance your stretching with a raised leg to the chest in turn. Stretching is useful to gather your energy back. 

2. Sport  

After fresh with stretching, pump your spirit with a little exercise. You can do the running in place, sit ups and push ups. If you have a lot of time, you could be jogging and cycling around the house.

Do not Drink Coffee Too Often

  Not always the caffeine in coffee can pump your consciousness. Drinking more than two cups of coffee it will mess up your morning. 

4. Drink lots of water

White Water not only refresh your body. Drinking water can stimulate nerve tissue and digestive tract before starting the activity. 

5. Sleeping with the consistent

Make a habit of sleeping and waking at the same time each day. The body has a natural alarm that will follow the routine body. Therefore, sleep and wake at the same time will allow you to sleep at night and immediately wake up refreshed in the morning. 

6. Use mellow music as a ringing alarm
Stomping music or sounds that surprise would be more potent to awaken. However, it will make you shake. You will be dizzy from the sound of that annoying and bad mood because consciousness is too forced. While the mellow music will refund your consciousness. Adjust the volume level will gradually return your consciousness and make you more ready to get up early.

Bathroom Before the Dawn Prayer Go take a shower as soon as possible after waking. Sprinkling of water will soon be aware of your neural network and make you immediately ready for the move. 


8. Breakfast

The energy the body needs to be active in the morning. Breakfast will provide the energy intake you need to look fit and vibrant. 

9. Take a deep breath  

So get up early, usually direct the mind filled with a number of tasks and appointments that must be met. Try to take a deep breath once you get up early. This will help you to not panic and think about things more calmly. 

10. Drinking fruit juice after breakfast
 

Can help refresh the body because the nutrients will be absorbed by the body pieces
